Freedom Automations ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are based in the United Kingdom and handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you use our contact form or free AI audit, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your company name
- Your answers to our form questions (industry, enquiry volume, pain points, team size and any message you send us)
We do not intentionally collect special category data. Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
Why we use your data
- To generate and deliver your AI automation audit
- To respond to your enquiry
- To send you occasional marketing emails with automation tips and relevant offers
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form on this website, to process your data and to send you the audit and marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Your right to unsubscribe
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us. Once you unsubscribe we stop sending marketing emails and suppress your address from future campaigns.
Sharing and storage
We use trusted service providers to host our website, store data and deliver email. They process data on our instructions only. We never sell your data. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above, and then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
